From June 26 to 28, the "2024 County Domestic Waste Collection and Treatment Technology Innovation Forum" was successfully held in Dali, hosted by the Circular Economy and Green Development Professional Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology Industrialization and co-organized by Beijing Huayuhuihuang Eco-Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.(HYHH). Leaders of scientific research institutions and competent departments at all levels in the solid waste field, industry leading companies and media representatives attended the meeting to discuss the road to innovation and advancement of county domestic waste collection and treatment technology.

Leading by technological innovation: pyrolysis and gasification technology helps county-level waste resources to be efficiently utilized
At the meeting, Tong Can, manager of HYHH Solid Waste Business Unit, delivered a keynote speech on "Exploration and Practice of County Domestic Waste Treatment Technology".
She said that the environmental protection industry is currently showing a development trend driven by innovation, technology and supervision. At present, combined with the scattered characteristics of county garbage, small-scale domestic waste treatment equipment deeply meets the needs of the geographical environment characteristics of some counties, so that the fragmented garbage can achieve the requirements of energy saving and efficiency improvement, resource recycling, and thus achieve the goal of sustainable resource development. At the same time, it is recommended to comprehensively consider technology and economy, formulate standards suitable for small-scale domestic waste treatment, and standardize the construction and operation of small-scale thermal treatment from different angles such as pollution control, technology, construction, and operation.

Over the years, HYHH has persisted in unremitting exploration in practice, using new technologies such as pyrolysis gasification system and flue gas waste heat utilization to improve the efficiency of solid waste energy utilization. The core of this technology is an integrated pyrolysis gasification furnace, which adopts the process of "pretreatment + pyrolysis gasification + waste heat recycling + flue gas ultra-clean treatment". The thermal reduction rate of the treated ash is less than 5%, and the treated flue gas can meet the relevant EU emission requirements. By optimizing the structure of the pyrolysis gasification system and designing the flue gas treatment system, the equipment can be operated stably without combustion support and the flue gas can be discharged ultra-cleanly. This technology has 7 authorized invention patents, 5 utility models, and 2 new technologies and new products in Beijing.
The technical application of the Chifeng project covers 3 townships, benefiting 20 administrative villages and about 30,000 people. It processes an average of 15 tons of domestic waste per day, greatly improving the local harmless disposal capacity and resource utilization disposal capacity of solid waste.
